Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using).

After 20 minutes, sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the potatoes.

Drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon, tossing gently to coat.

Return to the oven and roast for another 15–20 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, and the bacon is perfectly crisp.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 11

Garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
