
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Step 3
Cream together butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until fully incorporated. Gently fold in chopped apples.
Step 6
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
Step 7
Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Step 8
Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cinnamon-sugar into the batter.
Step 9
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 10
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Step 11
Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Slice and serve warm.
