Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface.

Use a round cutter to cut circles.

Place 1 tablespoon of strawberry filling in the center of half, brush edges with egg white, then top with another circle and press the edges with a fork.

Place pies on the baking sheet, brush tops with egg white, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled pies and let set for 10 minutes.
