  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1½ cups frozen peas, thawed

For the Dumplings

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup buttermilk

  • 2 eggs
