Directions:

Place cabbage wedges at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Layer the sliced smoked sausage over the cabbage.

Pour the diced tomatoes on top.

Add chicken broth, covering the ingredients mostly.

Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours, until cabbage is tender.
