Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

For the Pork Chops

  • 6 boneless pork chops

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ⅓ cup sour cream

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 ranch seasoning packet

Instructions

1. Sear the Pork Chops
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
