Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 lb ground beef

1 cup long-grain white rice

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Brown the Beef

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Cook the Rice

Add the rice, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15–18 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
