
Cake Batter
Ingredients:

4 eggs

½ cup oil

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar
-
½ cup cocoa powder (50% cocoa)

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder
Preparation:

In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and cocoa powder for about 1 minute.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the sifted flour, and gently fold until smooth.

Stir in the baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased medium-sized pan, dusted with cocoa powder.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
Soft Kiss Filling
Ingredients:

2 cans condensed milk
-
½ carton heavy cream
-
100 g desiccated coconut (flakes preferred)

1 tbsp margarine
Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine margarine, condensed milk, and coconut.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the pan.

Mix in half of the cream, stir well, and let cool completely.
