
Creamy Brigadeiro Topping
Ingredients:

1 can condensed milk

1 tbsp margarine

3 tbsp cocoa powder (50% cocoa)

½ carton heavy cream
Preparation:

In a saucepan, cook the condensed milk, margarine, and cocoa powder over medium heat, stirring until thickened and pulling away from the pan.

Remove from heat, add the cream, and mix until silky and smooth.
Assembly

Once the cake has cooled completely, slice it in half.

Drizzle half of the syrup over the bottom layer and spread on all the Soft Kiss Filling.

Place the second cake layer on top and cover with the Creamy Brigadeiro Topping.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
