Decadent Cheese Fondue Puff Pastry Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 250 g puff pastry

  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 400 g cheese fondue dough (or melted Gruyère/Emmental)

  • Butter, for greasing

Instructions

1. Make the Filling Base
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth and lump-free.

2. Add Eggs and Cheese
Beat in the eggs until fully incorporated, then fold in the cheese fondue dough until creamy and uniform.

3. Prepare the Pastry Shell
Butter a removable-bottom cake pan. Line with puff pastry, pressing gently into the base and sides. Trim excess and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent over-puffing.
