
Homemade Blueberry Jamboree – Inspired by Magnolia Bakery
Get your sweet tooth ready, because this Blueberry Jamboree is about to steal the spotlight! If you’re a fan of fruity desserts, especially blueberry ones, you’re in for a treat. I’ve always leaned toward strawberries and raspberries, but after tasting this dessert, blueberries just climbed to the top of my list.
This is a deliciously easy homemade version of Magnolia Bakery’s famous Blueberry Jamboree. With its vibrant fruit topping, creamy filling, and nutty crust, it’s a showstopper for holidays like Mother’s Day, Easter, or any spring and summer celebration.
🍇 Ingredients
Blueberry Topping:

2 pints fresh blueberries (about 4 cups)

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon water

1½ tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1½ tablespoons water

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Crust:

¾ cup butter, melted

1 cup chopped pecans (toasting them brings out even more flavor)
Creamy Filling:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons + 2 cups powdered sugar
