California Spaghetti Salad

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp celery seed

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta:
    Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and cool the pasta.

  2. Prepare the salad:
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, green and red bell peppers, red onion, and olives.

  3. Make the dressing:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder until well blended.

  4. Assemble the salad:
    Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
