Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, mashed potatoes, chopped turkey, and salt and pepper. Mix well. If the mixture feels too soft to hold its shape, gradually add panko breadcrumbs until it comes together.

  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the balls are lightly browned and heated through.

  5. Serve warm with gravy poured over the top or on the side for dipping.
