Crispy Fried Pickles

How to Serve

Serve immediately with a cold drink, and watch them disappear!

Ingredients

  • Dill pickle chips

  • 1 egg

  • All-purpose flour

  • Chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper until smooth.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Dip each pickle slice into the batter, then carefully place into the hot oil.

  4. Fry for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
