The No Name Dip

I promised I’d share the dip I made for trivia night, so here it is—The No Name Dip. Nick insists it doesn’t actually have a name, so “No Name Dip” felt appropriate enough. Creative, right?

This dip is ridiculously easy to make, budget-friendly, and requires just four simple ingredients. That’s it. No fancy prep, no complicated steps—just mix and enjoy.

What You’ll Need

  • 16 ounces sour cream
(The photo shows two 8-ounce containers because the store didn’t have the 16-ounce size I like—but trust me, you’ll want the full 16 ounces.)

  • Real crumbled bacon
Please verify it’s the real deal. I once used artificial bacon bits and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted.

  • Finely chopped cheese
Cheddar Jack is my top choice, but feel free to use whatever cheese you love.

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
There are several flavors available, but the original is my favorite.
