How to Make It
Making this dip couldn’t be easier. Simply mix everything together. It may not be the prettiest dip you’ll ever see (I’ll admit—it’s not exactly glamorous), but it’s shockingly delicious.
I like to start by mixing the ranch seasoning into the sour cream. Once that’s smooth, stir in the bacon pieces. Finally, fold in the cheese until everything is evenly combined.
How to Serve
Serve with your favorite crackers or chips—and try not to eat the entire bowl in one sitting. Easier said than done, especially if Nick would stop making fun of me long enough for me to enjoy it in peace.
If I lived alone, I’d probably survive on nothing but this dip, ice cream, and cookies. Fortunately, I don’t. Or unfortunately… depending on how you look at it.
