1. Season the Pork Chops
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
2. Sear the Pork Chops
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Brown Sugar Glaze
In the same skillet, combine brown sugar, chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened. Add paprika if using.
4. Glaze the Pork Chops
Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the glaze. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 10 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the glaze is caramelized.
5. Serve
Spoon any extra glaze over the pork chops and serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
