How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish at reduced power. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Generously grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: Cut the Biscuits
Remove the biscuits from the tube and cut each one into three equal pieces using kitchen scissors or a knife. Lay them out on a plate to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Coat the Biscuits
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated. Arrange the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuit bites are puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Step 5: Make the Icing & Finish
Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites and serve.
