Hot Weather
Warm temperatures cause blood vessels to widen as the body works to release heat. This natural response can make veins stand out more, particularly in the limbs, and usually resolves when temperatures cool.
Aging
As we age, the skin becomes thinner and loses elasticity. This makes veins more noticeable, especially on the hands and arms. In most cases, this is a normal part of aging and not a cause for concern.
