CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA

CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA: This dish is fast, simple, and spicy!!! The best combo in one plate.

This supper dish for Cajun Shrimp Pasta offers everything that a person could possibly desire to have for dinner. Cajun spice is used to coat tender and delicious shrimp, and this coating gives just the proper amount of flavor to the shrimp. It doesn’t take more than a few minutes to put up the cream sauce, and the pasta is great at soaking up all of the flavors.

Shrimp and spaghetti are two dishes that I can reliably prepare for my family that will make them drool with excitement over dinner. Because nothing quite compares to the flavor of fresh pasta, in the evenings when I go the additional mile and genuinely cook handmade pasta, we all eat much too much because fresh pasta is just incomparable. However, because most evenings call for a meal that is fast and simple to prepare, buying dry pasta from the store is in place.

This is truly a simple and fast meal dish that is great for those nights throughout the week when you have a lot going on. Because there are very few measurements involved and no chopping required, the whole of the recipe may be prepared in almost the same amount of time that it takes to prepare the pasta. That means you can eat a full supper in ten to fifteen minutes, including preparation time.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST;

  • 1 Tbsp.Of kosher salt.
  • Penne pasta; I used an 8-ounces Pkg.
  • Deveined Raw shrimp; I used 1 Pound.
  • 2 Tbsp.Of cajun seasoning.
  • 1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
  • 1 Tbsp.Of salted butter.
  • 1 Cup.Of heavy cream.
  • ½ Cup.Of parmesan cheese.

PREPARATION:

1st Step – At the beginning, you need to bring a saucepan of water to a boil, then stir in some salt, and cook your pasta until it is al dente.

2nd Step – Next, remove at least a half cup of the cooking liquid into a separate bowl before draining. Then drain the spaghetti and put it to the side.

3rd Step – At this point, you need to cook the shrimp and sauce while the pasta is cooking. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp with the cajun spice and the olive oil. Mix everything together by tossing it.

4th Step – Heat a big skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the pan, and cook them until they are golden brown on each side, flipping them just once.

5th Step – To ensure that the shrimp is cooked properly, you may need to do it in two separate batches. After the shrimp have finished cooking, remove them to a clean platter, and then turn the heat down to medium-low.

6th Step – To loosen any food that is stuck to the bottom of the pan, add heavy cream and then scrape the bottom of the pan. Make it so that the cream begins to bubble.

7th Step – Following that, turn the heat down to a low setting and whisk in the parmesan cheese as it melts.

8th Step – Add shrimp and pasta that has already been cooked, then mix to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the pasta water, one spoonful at a time, and continue doing so until it reaches the required consistency.
