1½ Pounds.Of lean Ground beef.

A small onion chopped.

2 small spoons.Of Minced garlic.

1 small spoon.Of Italian seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste

Canned Corn; you’ll need two medium cans – drained.

Canned Green beans; you’ll need two medium cans – drained.

Canned Red beans; you’ll need a medium can – drained.

Canned Stewed tomatoes; you’ll need a 15-oz can.

Canned Diced tomatoes; you’ll need a 15-oz can.

METHOD OF WORK:

First Step

To start, you need to put the ground beef and onion in a pot with high sides or a deep pan and turn the heat up to medium-high.

Second Step

Next, sauté the beef until it is thoroughly browned all over and the onions have just started to get tender.

Third Step

Place the meat in a pan and whisk in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste. Continue stirring until everything is combined.

Fourth Step

After adding the corn, green beans, red beans, stewed tomatoes, and diced tomatoes to the saucepan or skillet, give everything a good toss to make sure everything is well combined.

Fifth Step

Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for fifty to sixty minutes, tasting occasionally and adding more salt and pepper to taste as necessary.
