Caramel Cream Cheese Bread Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

4 eggs, at room temperature

1/2 cup caramel topping

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350º F and lightly grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with butter or non-stick spray.

In a large bowl or mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour ¼ of the batter into each greased loaf pan. Spoon ¼ cup of caramel topping on top of the batter and swirl it in, avoiding the edges of the pan.

Gently add the remaining batter on top of the caramel layers.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before serving. Enjoy the deliciousness!
