PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that has been creating a buzz on my Instagram. I can almost hear you eagerly anticipating one thing: the moment I share the recipe right here! Hahaha…
I understand brevity is key, so without further delay, let’s get you into your aprons and straight to the kitchen!
When a pie opts for simplicity to deliver a robust and comforting experience, it results in a raw pie. The undeniable charm of the chocolate and peanut butter duo makes it an absolute delight for me!
This peanut tart features a sweet almond crust, a luscious layer of peanut cream, salted caramel butter, and a decadent peanut ganache. For optimal preparation, it’s recommended to make the sweet dough, peanut praline, and ganache a day before assembling the tart. The peanut cream and salted caramel butter can be crafted on the day of assembly.
Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
350 g of type 80 flour
200 grams of brown sugar
5 tablespoons of peanut butter
150 ml of water
Directions:
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add the peanut butter and blend with your fingers until you achieve a sandy texture.
Step 3
Gradually incorporate water while continuing to mix.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Your dough is now ready to work its magic!
