INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 Cup.Of unsalted butter, softened.
1 Cup.Of granulated sugar.
•1 Cup.Of packed brown sugar.
2 large eggs.
1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
1 Cup.Of creamy peanut butter.
3 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.
1 Tsp.Of baking soda.
1/2 Tsp.Of baking powder.
1/2 Tsp.Of salt.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Adjust the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and place parchment paper on baking sheets.
2nd Step
Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a large mixing bowl until frothy and light.
3rd Step
Beat well after each addition of egg. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla essence and stir until well incorporated.
4th Step
Stir in the creamy peanut butter until a smooth, uniform texture is achieved. Additionally Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate basin.
5th Step
Mixing until just incorporated, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Take caution not to blend too much.
6th Step
Shape the cookie dough into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, and arrange on the baking pans, allowing space between them.
7th Step
Using the tines of a fork, create the traditional crisscross design on each cookie. To keep the fork from sticking, dip it into some flour or sugar.
8th Step
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven. The cookies will firm up as they cool, even if they may seem undercooked in the middle.
9th Step
After a few minutes, let the cookies rest on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
