Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs Preparation:

In a ziplock bag, pour the barbecue sauce.

Add brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if desired) to the bag.

Seal the bag and knead it with your hands to mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.

Open the bag and place the ribs inside.

Close the bag and shake it to ensure the ribs are evenly coated.

Spray the inside of the slow cooker.

Open the bag and transfer the ribs to the slow cooker.

Pour half of the sauce from the bag into the slow cooker, ensuring the ribs are well-coated.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours to achieve tender meat falling off the bone, or on low heat for 9 hours for a bone-in experience.

For lean meat that stays on the bone, simmer for 7 hours until the meat is fork-tender but not falling off.

Serve with additional sauce on the table for individual preferences.

Enjoy!
