Crispy Pan-Seared Fish Fillet

 

Ingredients:

Fish fillets (your choice; I used catfish)

1 Lemon

1 tbsp Capers

2 tbsp Butter

Seafood magic seasoning

How to Make Crispy Pan-Seared Fish Fillet:

Season your fish generously with an all-purpose seafood seasoning blend.

Heat the pan to medium-high, add just enough extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to coat it lightly, and incorporate a couple of tablespoons of butter.

Place the fish in the pan and cook until nicely browned, approximately 4 to 5 minutes on one side. Add sliced lemon, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a teaspoonful of capers.

Flip the fish and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes on the other side, reducing the heat to medium.

Pairing it with a tomato and arugula salad transforms the entire dish into a keto-friendly delight bursting with flavor.
