3 cloves of freshly minced garlic

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a zip-top bag, pour the barbecue sauce.

Step 2:

Seal the bag and knead it to mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
Open the bag, place ribs inside, and seal it again.

Step 3:

Shake the bag to ensure the ribs are completely covered with the marinade.
Spray the inner part of the crockpot.

Step 4:

Open the bag and transfer the ribs to the crockpot.
Pour half of the sauce from the bag over the ribs to ensure full coverage.

Step 5:

For lean meat that stays on the bone, cook on low heat for 7 hours until the meat is boneless.
