Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Warm a 12-cup muffin tin in the oven.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Retrieve the muffin tin and add oil or beef drippings to each cup (approximately 1/4 inch deep). Return it to the oven for 5 minutes until it sizzles.
Pour the batter into the hot muffin cups, filling them halfway.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Yorkshire puddings turn a golden brown, ensuring the oven door remains closed.
