Two lbs. steak (e.g., beef tenderloin), bite-sized pieces.
Four cloves garlic, minced.
¼ cup butter.
¼ cup white wine.
One tbsp olive oil.
One tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
½ tsp smoked paprika.
½ tsp salt.
¼ tsp ground pepper.

Step 1
To start, season steak with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Then, sear steak in a hot skillet with olive oil until cooked to your liking.

Next, remove steak and set aside, and cook minced garlic briefly, then pour in white wine to deglaze the pan.

After that, add the butter, cook for 2 mins, then toss in steak.

Finally, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
