Instructions:

First, cut each lemon into four pieces, leaving them joined at the top. Put each lemon in a container.

Then, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of coarse salt into each lemon.

After that, pour 3 tablespoons of ethyl alcohol over the salt in each container.

In this step, add one capful of concentrated fabric softener to each lemon.

Optionally, sprinkle some cloves on top of the fabric softener in each container.

Finally, your homemade room freshener is ready! Enjoy the natural scent in your home.
This recipe makes two containers of room freshener. Feel free to adjust the amounts if you want to make more. Adding cloves is optional but adds a nice touch to the fragrance.
