Cheesecake bites

 

Ingredients:

200g Biscuits.

100g melted butter.

5 eggs.

700g cream cheese.

100g (12 cups) sugar.

150g melted chocolate.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

40g (1/3 cup) hazelnut kernels.

Instructions:

Step 1

First, crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and press it down evenly to form a base.

Step 2

Then, in another bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

Step 3

After that, pour the cream cheese mixture over the pressed biscuits in the baking tray.

Step 4

In this step, bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Next, allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then cut it into squares.

Then, melt the chocolate and mix it with vegetable oil in a bowl.

Step 7

Dip each cheesecake square into the melted chocolate mixture, coating them evenly.

Step 8

Sprinkle hazelnut kernels over the chocolate-coated cheesecake squares.

Step 9

Finally, place the cheesecake bites in the freezer for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
