Dip tortillas in melted butter, coat in sugar mixture, fill with apple mixture, and roll up.

Arrange rolled enchiladas in baking dish.

Drizzle remaining butter and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over enchiladas.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
