Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt the chocolate for the cones in the microwave at 30-second intervals.

Dip the waffle cones into the melted chocolate, coating either the top, bottom, or both.

Drizzle some chocolate on the inside and spread it around the bottom.
Process the cookies in a food processor until they resemble small crumbs.

Dip the cones into the cookie crumbs or sprinkle them over the cones.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Pour the sliced peaches with their juice into the dish.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches.

Melt the butter and drizzle it over the top of the dry mix.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

In a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until thick with stiff peaks.

In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.

To assemble, scoop alternating spoons of cheesecake and peach cobbler into each cone.

Top with a drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkle of crushed cookies.
