Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
1 pound fresh asparagus, peeled and sliced into 1-inch pieces.
6 slices bacon, chopped.
3 cups diced potatoes (approximately 1/2-inch cubes).
1 large onion, diced.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 cup heavy cream.
1 cup chicken broth.
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1 cup shredded strong cheddar cheese.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large pan over medium heat, fry the chopped bacon until crispy.
Step 3
Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside to drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
