Batch-Friendly M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop spoonful of the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them a few inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
