Instructions:

Combine 200 grams of room-temperature butter and 120 grams of sugar in a large bowl. Beat until creamy.

Gradually add 280 grams of sifted flour to the mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.

Roll the dough into a log shape and wrap it in parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick pieces.

Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 11-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
