3 blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
For a richer texture, opt for 5 or 6 large eggs, also at room temperature
1 1/4 cups of sugar.
2 1/2 cups of chilled heavy cream.
1/4 cup of sifted all-purpose flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Extra butter for greasing the pan.
Instructions:
