Ingredients:
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
30 grams sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 milligrams black pepper
Salad:
3 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup thawed green peas
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup black olives
3/8 cup crumbled cheddar cheese
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, layer lettuce, pasta, peppers, red onions, peas, celery, ham, olives, dressing, and cheese, starting with the lettuce.
Cover tightly and chill for at least five hours.
Just before serving, toss the salad to mix the layers evenly. Enjoy!
