Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with a light layer of cooking spray and set it aside.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.

Step 4

Prepare the Biscuits: Cut each biscuit in half lengthwise.

Step 5

Carefully incorporate the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture by folding them in.

Step 6

Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Step 7

Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.

Step 8

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Note: If you prefer a less doughy texture, layer the chicken mixture directly in the dish and place the biscuits on top.
