Baked Rice with Chicken and Vegetables

 

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Mix rice, carrots, zucchini, and red bell pepper on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Pour cream over the mixture.

Step 4

Mix paprika, turmeric, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.

Step 5

Rub the spice mix on the chicken.

Step 6

Blend onion, tomatoes, yellow and red bell peppers, garlic, and parsley.
Brush the sauce on the chicken.

Step 7

Place the chicken on an oven rack above the rice.

Step 8

Bake for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and serve the chicken with the vegetable rice.
