Instructions:

Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

Drain any excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, and baking mix. Mix until well blended.

Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
