The beauty of this stew lies not only in its robust flavor but also in its versatility. You can adjust the level of heat to suit your palate—whether you enjoy a tongue-tingling spice or prefer a milder, more family-friendly version. The ingredients are straightforward and easy to find, making this recipe accessible for both seasoned cooks and those just starting out.

Imagine a chilly evening where everyone gathers around the dinner table, bowls of steaming stew in hand, as the savory aroma fills the room. It’s a dish that invites you to slow down, savor each bite, and enjoy the company of those you’re with.
