1 cup ketchup.
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce (hickory and brown sugar flavor).
2 pounds lean ground beef.
30 Ritz crackers, crushed.
2 ounces Lipton onion soup mix.
2 eggs.
For the Mac and Cheese:
3 cups macaroni pasta.
2 cups milk.
10.5 ounces cheddar cheese soup concentrate.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon pepper.
1 tablespoon garlic powder.
1 tablespoon onion powder.
4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend.
Instructions:
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with oil or butter.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and barbecue sauce; set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, Lipton onion soup mix, and eggs.
