Ingredients:
6 ears of corn, cut into 2-inch pieces.
1/2 cup mayonnaise.
1/2 cup heavy cream.
1/2 cup mixed cheese (such as feta, cotija, or your preference).
2 garlic cloves, minced.
1 green apple, finely diced.
1 teaspoon chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat).
1/4 teaspoon lime juice.
Salt and black pepper, to taste.
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish).
Extra chili powder (for garnish).
Instructions:
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the corn pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
