3 large egg yolks.

3/4 cup sugar, divided.

1/2 cup 2% milk.

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin.

1/4 cup cold water.

Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream.

3 tablespoons sugar.

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Directions:

Step 1

Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2
