  • 1 can (10.5 oz) onion soup
  • 3/4 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 bag (12-16 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the rice: Bring the chicken broth to a boil, then stir in the instant rice. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
