Baked Chicken Wings

How To Make Baked Chicken Wings?

These baked chicken wings are coated, then roasted to crispy perfection in a homemade spice rub. An easy but satisfying alternative for an appetizer or meal that only takes minutes to put together.I love a healthy chicken wing that’s crispy, but I don’t like all the hassle and mess that comes with deep-fried wings. These baked wings of chicken are completely crispy and golden brown and full of flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

Around 900g.Of chicken wings.

2 TEASPOONS.Of kosher salt.

1 TABLESPOON.Of baking powder.

{Buffalo wing sauce} for tossing and serving on the side.

Here is how to prepare it:

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

I set my oven’s temperature to 450 degrees F.

Step 2:

Then I put the wings in a large tub, I dried them well with a towel made of paper.
I sprinkled baking powder directly over the wings. And I throw it until all the wings are coated by powder equally.

Step 3:

Then I lined a wide baking sheet with aluminum foil and I put a cooling rack on top to keep Pam from sticking and spraying or rubbing with cooking oil.

Step 4:

I lay the chicken wings on the rack until finished, leaving space between the wings.

Step 5:

I placed the baking sheet t in the oven and I turned the heat down to 425 degrees F.

Step 6:

All right, I baked for around 30 to 35 minutes, until the wings are fairly brown and crisp.

Step 7:

For serving, I served it hot at this point, tossed in Buffalo sauce, plus more sauce on the side.

Enjoy.
