Ingredients:
2 pounds diced beef, either roasted or braised.
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
1 onion, chopped.
3 tablespoons butter.
8 ounces bella mushrooms, sliced.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
1 bay leaf.
½ teaspoon sugar.
¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon dried thyme.
1 teaspoon onion powder.
¼ cup finely sliced pepperoncini peppers.
2 quarts beef stock.
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water.

For Slow Cooker:
Step 1
In the slow cooker, combine beef, flour, chopped onion, butter, sliced mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, sugar, garlic powder, thyme, onion powder, pepperoncini peppers, and beef stock. Mix well.
