Caramel Cream Cheese Bread



2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

4 eggs, at room temperature

1/2 cup caramel topping

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make Caramel Cream Cheese Bread:

Preheat the oven to 350º F and lightly grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with butter or non-stick spray.

In a large bowl or mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla one at a time, mixing well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.

Pour ¼ of the batter into each greased baking dish. Spoon ¼ cup of caramel topping onto the batter in each pan and swirl it, ensuring it stays away from the edges.

Gently add the remaining batter on top of the caramel layers.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
