Instructions:
Step 1
Slice chicken breasts into ⅓-inch pieces. For easier slicing, partially freeze the chicken beforehand.

In a large bowl, mix together chicken, eggs, yogurt, flour (or starch), mozzarella, dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Drop large spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the pan, flattening slightly.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

Ensure chicken fritters are cooked through (no pink inside) before serving.

Serve hot with the optional garlic aioli dip or your choice of dipping sauces.
Note: Adjust cooking time and heat if fritters are browning too quickly.
